Terms & Conditions:
- Coverage begins on the bike’s original purchase date.
- Warranty runs alongside the manufacturer’s warranty. (Example: a 7-year plan with a 1-year factory warranty provides 6 additional years of coverage.)
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- Claims may be made multiple times, up to a total limit of $2,500 (parts & labor).
- Warranty applies only to the original battery supplied with the bike. Replacement or upgraded batteries are not covered unless purchased with a new warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications are not covered.
- Routine maintenance and charging requirements must be followed as outlined by the manufacturer for coverage to remain valid.
- Coverage does not include shipping or transportation costs associated with warranty service.
- Claims require proof of original purchase and warranty documentation.
