Overall, I love this bike. I have 900+ miles on it. I live in rural Vermont and most of my rides are on hilly back roads. I find my range is closer to 35 to 40 miles. It handles the hills very well and I have gone on a coupleTrail type Roads, where it also performed well. I love the big tires! It smooths out the road! Here are a couple things I have changed or added, which I feel him away would benefit by offering as options. I changed The front handlebars stem to an adjustable stem. This should be standard. I changed to a sweptback handlebar. The straight handlebar was very tough on my somewhat arthritic rests. I changed the seat post to a suspension post and I changed the seat to a cloud nine seat. All of these improvements has made for a more comfortable ride.I am 67 years old, 5 foot nine in height and over 200 pounds in weight. I had hip replacement surgery, So I got the step through. I find the steps through is even a little hard to access on my hip issues. Again, I do like this bike! It is heavy but it feels very solid and safe riding our mountainous terrain in Vermont.

Received my bike last week and love it!!! It’s fast and has lots of power!!! I’ve only had to use up to the 2 level peddle assist and that was for going up a steep hill or grade. This bike a plenty of power. I’m 5’6” and 140lbs. I bought the step through. This is a big bike so even with the step thru, there’s not much room as you would think. The other thing that I’ve noticed is once you mount a bottle rack, it impedes movement between you and the bike. I can’t stand up over the bike with a water bottle mount. You’ll need to mount a water bottle on the handlebars or somewhere else. The one other thing I’ve had a problem with is the chain coming off going over big bumps. There’s no chain catcher on the single front sprocket so I would recommend installing one. Other than that, the bike thus far is pretty awesome.

I’ll admit the size of this bike and the fact that I haven’t been on a bike for years intimidated me a bit. But I took it slow and it didn’t take long to get back into it. And now I have to say, this is fun! The only thing I can think of that could be improved is the seat and since I’m not in the best of shape (yet). If it came with a rear suspension I think it would be awesome!!! Other than that, I would not trade it for anything else out there.

I’ve had this bike for almost a month and logged over three miles. It has a lot of power and good range. I weigh 255 lbs and got 40 miles doing back roads in level 2 assist and gear 4 just doing easy peddling. It does trails like a champ but don’t like loose sand so much, if you go fast it powers through but really be careful on the steering as it’s easy to slide out. Lots of fun and the whole family wants to ride it.

We have a cruiser and a step through. We love the bikes. I have put about 800 miles on the cruiser, my wife has 600 on hers. The cruiser arrived two months before the ST but both within 4 months. The cruiser had minor damage but customer service resolved the issue quickly and completely. The bikes are insanely fun, fast, and look great. The brakes are the weakest point of the bike. They barely handle stopping this heavy bike and rider. I wore through my rears at 700 miles. They do get the job done but will likely need close maintaining. We have riden on all types of surfaces, beach, gravel, grass, paved, and the ride is smooth and comfy. We are very happy with the bikes.
