Advertised pricing excludes applicable taxes title and licensing, dealer set up, destination, reconditioning and are subject to change without notice. Pricing may exclude any added parts, accessories or installation unless otherwise noted. Sale prices include all applicable offers.


ATV Wholesale Outlet strongly suggests contacting your local Law Enforcement, Rangers Station,  or Off Road Parks for any and all laws pertaining to the use of any ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Pit Bikes,  Go-Karts or other off-road vehicles. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to do any and all research regarding applicable laws for the use of these products.  A certified safety class is suggested for all riders as well.  


It is your responsibility to be sure the vehicle you are considering for purchase is legal in your area BEFORE you buy it. This applies to all ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Pit Bikes, Go-Karts, On-Road Scooters, or Motorcycles you consider purchasing. Once your sale is complete and you drive out of the dealership,  there are no returns or refunds for any reason. 


We strongly suggest using any and all types of protection equipment when riding your ATV or Motorcycle. Certain States have helmet laws, while others do not. Still,  we strongly suggest you wear a helmet at all times. Knee and elbow pads, gloves, goggles, boots, chest protectors are also vitally important. Please use caution when riding, as this is not a safe sport. All customers assume full responsibility, and full liability when riding any of our vehicles. ATV Wholesale Outlet Inc and our employees will not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused or inflicted from the use of our vehicles.  PLEASE RIDE SAFELY & OBEY ALL LAWS!!


BE AWARE: The off-road vehicles sold by ATV Wholesale Outlet Inc are not built for competition use.  These vehicles are intended to teach and train kids to ride, with light recreational use. It is assumed by the manufacturers and dealers that responsible adults have purchased our vehicles appropriately and that the vehicles will be used safely in a 100% safe environment.

Children's ATVs 125cc and less are for riders 130lbs and less

Racks are not designed to sit on; they have a max weight capacity of 22lbs. 

Above that weight racks and frames WILL bend.·         

No ATVs that ATV Wholesale Outlet Inc sells are for 2 riders.  1 Rider only.

Our vehicles are not made for jumping, or doing stunts 

Our Kids ATVs are not made for any towing  


BE AWARE: Most of these vehicles are made in China.  Because of translation problems, misprints are common regarding Engine Horsepower, exact engine cc size with in 5-10cc,  top speed, weight, weight limits and other info. Typos are also common in the Instruction Booklets, brochures, flyers and provided information from them that we have up on our websites. Often the information supplied does not explain everything you need to know about this vehicle!
